This latest challenge is designed to keep you engaged, running and enjoying your fitness during the Winter months.
Each month will have a different running theme for you to go out and earn your medal in different locations, running surfaces and routes.
This Round, you need to earn your medal by completing all challenges.
Month One
TRAIL RUNNING:

Nominate your trail running KM's for the month

Log your trail running on Strava and post to VIP.

Run a different location for each run.

Think local and try some trails in Baldivis, Kwinana and Shoalwater.

Team up with a Ladies on the Run Buddy.
Month Two
SCAVENGER HUNT:

Using the nominated items in Rockingham, whilst on your runs take pictures of you and the item.

Vary the distance of your runs, and see how many items you can take pics of in one run.

Team up with a Ladies on the Run Buddy and post all pics to VIP
Month Three
CHOOSE YOUR KMS:

Nominate your total kms for the month.

Vary the surface that you are running on. Sand, grass, pavement and trail.

Team up with a Ladies on the Run Buddy and post all pics to VIP.

Classes are held at Village Green, Rockingham ( behind the Dome Café) and the Rockingham foreshore.

You’ll need your own mat, water bottle and foam roller. All COVID 19 rules apply.

We cater for all different levels of fitness and running ability. No minimum requirement, if you can run, you’re in. I do have a separate Learn to Run class as well.

Join with a friend and you both pay $30 week instead of $36.

Payments are made via direct debit for 12 payments and then you receive an email stating your term has finished.
